  1. Information directly about you submitted through the contact form e.g. your email address and name. We collect this so we can respond to any questions or queries you have about stewardship economy.
  2. Information that does not directly identify you (e.g. how you might browse the site). Specifically, this includes your IP address through the placement of cookies. The cookies we collect will not impact what you see on site. The purpose of these cookies is to enable us to undertake analytics to provide information about traffic to the site.

Embedded content from other websites

There are some films embedded on this site which are hosted on YouTube. This content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

All data from the contact form will be saved on secure systems provided by Dropbox.com. You can read Dropbox’s privacy policy here.

We won’t share your contact details with third parties.

How long we retain your data

We will keep details submitted in the contact form for three years, unless we get express permission from you to do so for longer. After three years we will delete all records.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted a contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Data may be sent outside the EEA to the data centres provided by Dropbox (data storage) and Google (email use). These companies have data protection policies and obey the relevant laws and restrictions.
